Hey r/iosapps 👋
I’m an indie developer working on Route 25, an iOS-native social app built specifically for Pokémon TCG collectors. The goal is to recreate the social side of collecting (sharing pulls, managing collections, and trading) in a way that feels at home on iOS.
I’m getting close to public launch and would love feedback from iPhone users on:
If you’re interested, TestFlight link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/ZByYSdWr (US + CAN only)
I’m intentionally keeping the TestFlight group small for now, so please only join if you’re an active Pokémon TCG collector and iPhone user who’s able to provide feedback.
Happy to answer questions, and I’m open to trading feedback on your app as well.
Thank you!
Hey everyone! I’ve been building PageEcho, a fully on-device, privacy-first text reader for iOS that supports EPUB/TXT/MOBI/AZW3/FB2/PDF with offline TTS and Apple Intelligence integration.
Everything runs locally — no accounts, no cloud, no data leaving your device.
If you enjoy reading on your iPhone/iPad, I’d love feedback from this community as I continue improving the app.
Currently app provides:
price/IAP: Premium Access (TTS & AI Features)
Ever bought the same yarn twice because you forgot you already had it in your stash? Or have you struggled to remember which weight or colourway you had tucked away? I've been there! (And It was wreaking havoc on my wallet). That's why i created a comprehensive app designed for fibre artists to help manage our supplies with ease.
Complete inventory management for all your art supplies
Whether you're a knitter, crocheter, weaver, embroiderer or cross stitcher, this app lets you catalogue your entire collection. Track yarn, fabric, embroidery thread or any other crafting materials you need! You can also log essential details including:
Plus, you can organize your pattern library and even link specific yarn to active projects, making project planning seamless.
Essential crafting tools at your fingertips
Beyond inventory/pattern management, the app also includes a comprehensive toolkit that eliminates the need for multiple apps or manual calculations:
Designed with accessibility in mind
Crafting should be enjoyable for everyone! That's why I've tried my best to include accessibility features such as VoiceOver, high contrast options, colour independent navigation as well as control over the liquid glass theme.
Apple watch integration + New Updates
Now you can use the stitch counter on your wrist! The apple watch companion app keeps everything synced, so you can track your progress without reaching for your phone mid-row
I have also added a new modular dashboard that puts you in control, allowing you to further customize the app to fit your needs.
Get it today
The app is available as a one time purchase ($5.99 USD) and it's available on the App Store if you are interested.
Always open to feedback!

Which app is better Wipr 2 or uBlock Origin Lite? I’m thinking of trying uBOL. Also are both extensions safe to use?
I recently came across an early-stage iOS app focused on local buying & selling, but designed more like a social feed than a traditional marketplace.
What stood out is how it uses 3D and AR previews for products instead of relying only on photos. It makes browsing feel more interactive and closer to seeing an item in real life — especially for unique or locally made products.
The app is still evolving, but the idea of combining local commerce, social interaction, and AR-based product exploration feels interesting and somewhat underexplored.
Curious how others here feel about AR in local marketplaces — genuinely useful, or mostly a gimmick?

Happy New Year, everyone!
The Drip app received a couple of updates during the holiday break. Many users have asked for the ability to track tax sensitive accounts such as Roth IRAs or TFSAs. The app now includes a logging area where users can conveniently add deposits or withdrawals.
All data stays on the user’s local device. Data privacy remains the top priority for this app. Lastly, to support more features down the road, the app now has a more streamlined tab navigation.
Please feel free to comment or DM me if you have any feedback.

Hey everyone! I just shipped Classic Loan Calculator 2 — a single unified app that replaces both Classic Loan Calculator (macOS) and Classic Loan Calculator Mobile (iOS). Same core features, now in one universal app, and with a fresh Liquid Glass UI.
What’s new:
To celebrate, it’s FREE on the App Store for 48 hours. Grab it while you can.
Thanks for the support — happy to hear feedback, bug reports, or feature requests!
I have been working on this for a couple months. It turns wine night into a competition — one person hosts, everyone else joins on their phones and tries to guess the wines blind. Tracks scores, shows a leaderboard, crowns a winner.
The app is free, no ads, no account required to play. Would love feedback from fellow iOS users on the UX.

Hi all 👋
Happy New Year!
My name is Pat. Over the past few months, I built a small iOS app called DayVo.
It started as a personal tool — because I couldn’t stand existing voice note apps.
Voice memos always turned into a graveyard for me:
lots of recordings, no context, no structure, and no way to quickly find or reuse anything later.
Typing notes also breaks my flow, especially when I’m walking, cooking, or working out.
So I built something much simpler.
What DayVo does
DayVo is a lightweight, privacy-first voice notes app for people who think faster than they type.
The entire app is under 20MB, and everything runs on-device.
DayVo currently supports 6 languages (English/Chinese/French/Spanish/Korean/Japanese), and comes with 6 visual themes so you can switch the vibe based on mood, season, or time of day. More themes are on the way.
It’s free to use, with an optional premium tier with $2.99 for power users.
How I personally use it
It feels more like thinking out loud than traditional note-taking.

I’d love feedback — especially:
Thank you for your support!

This is my take on a linear calendar. Check it out. It’s free for now. And if it gets a lot of nice reviews or ratings I might also add editing features.
Hi everyone 👋
I recently developed a small iPhone app called moya. It’s a personal project, built mostly out of passion for photography, and I’d genuinely love to some feedback from fellow iPhone users. The app is very simple, just open, select a photo or video and edit with one touch, not a lot of tools, just simple and fast. If you feel like checking it out and sharing your thoughts or something that i should add, it would mean a lot to me.
Here is the link: https://apps.apple.com/it/app/moya/id6749076005
The app is free but offers IAP purchase to unlock all the filters without watch promo videos, otherwise it’s 1$ at month.
Thanks for your time, and I will happy to answer any questions or listen to suggestions.

Guesstimate is a casual guessing game you can play solo or with friends. It’s meant to be quick, social, and fun - the kind of game you open during hangouts or game nights.
Guesstimate isn’t about knowing facts.
It’s about realizing how confident we are about things we don’t actually know.
The game asks players to estimate everyday numbers, things we think we have a good intuition for, and then shows how far off we really are. The fun comes from the gap between confidence and reality, especially when played in a group.
I’d love any feedback, especially around discoverability or how people have approached growing similar casual / party games.
Example question from the game today:
What percentage of people are born with an extra rib and never notice it?
Everything is for free now, so feel free to download it and check it out :D
I have now 350+ Registered users and app almost nearing 1K downloads with more than 3k Bills created
My app (Chippy Split) has a very simple way of creating and splitting bills.
I have recently launched a paid feature called “Memories” where if you are on a trip you can just add a photos/videos link of that particular bill memory so everybody can access it instead of asking u again and again
Hey r/iosapps - indie dev here.
I built ReDo Loop because I kept cramming my calendar with things that weren’t real events: changing filters, replacing toothbrushes, haircuts, routine checkups, etc.
Calendar works great for one-time, unmissable events, but for recurring life maintenance, it always felt wrong.
So ReDo Loop focuses only on recurring tasks you want to offload from your calendar.
The feature that ended up mattering most for me is “Relaxed” repeats:
The interval starts after you complete the task.
For example, replace a toothbrush every 3 months after it is done, not on a fixed date.
It also supports:
Privacy-wise: everything is stored locally. No accounts, no ads, no analytics.
I’m currently running a New Year lifetime Giveaway and would really appreciate feedback from this community:
Happy to answer questions or take criticism, thanks for reading.

Found a neat New Year lifetime giveaway for an iOS app that might be useful if your calendar is overloaded with “maintenance” stuff rather than real events.
ReDo Loop is a recurring task app focused on things like replacing toothbrushes, haircuts, routine checkups, filter changes, etc. Instead of fixed calendar dates, it supports “relaxed” repeats where the next reminder starts after you complete the task (e.g., every 3 months after you actually change the filter). That sounded practical to me.
It also includes:

👉 Free lifetime unlock code (makes the lifetime IAP free):

If you try it, I’d love to hear:
Drop your thoughts so others can decide if it’s worth grabbing 👍
I created Memolli to track all the food, drinks, and restaurants I try. I didn’t like having my reviews scattered across various websites and apps, and I also wanted the option to keep my Yelp and Google Maps reviews private.
So I built Memolli. You can use it for reviewing:
You can add photos, notes, ratings, or custom questions. Your data is available offline and private by default. Recent updates added map-based browsing for place reviews, making it feel like a private alternative to Yelp or Google Maps.
I originally released the app over year ago, and it was admittedly a bit janky, buggy, and awkward to use. Since then, it’s matured to have a more polished and reliable experience. I'd love to get any feedback from anyone!

Hey! I’m a solo iOS dev building a hobby app called Wayloom and I’m looking for TestFlight testers who like walking, gamification, or just breaking unfinished apps 😅
Wayloom is basically: your steps + a little “choose your path” layer = a branching story that evolves day by day over a 14-day run.
- You start a 14-day campaign (with a short prologue to set the vibe).
- Each day you get 3 choices (safe / balanced / bold). Your pick matters.
- Wayloom reads your step counts from HealthKit and compares them to your personal baseline (median of your last 7 days, so one weird day doesn’t ruin everything).
- Your steps + your decision update a small game state (energy / resources / threat / streak).
- The next chapters are generated using that state and ongoing story threads, so it’s not just random text.
So yes: two people can start with the same genre and end up in different places because:
About “Premium”:
- Standard mode uses Apple Intelligence (where available) for generation.
- Premium mode uses an external LLM to push better coherence, richer scenes, and more complex branching.
- Premium exists because external inference costs real money (tokens/hosting). I’m not trying to be clever, just trying not to burn cash forever.
Important: Apple Intelligence is NOT required.
- During onboarding, Wayloom checks whether your device supports Apple Intelligence.
- If it doesn’t, you can still use Wayloom via Premium mode.
During TestFlight you can enable Premium for free:
- Go to Settings and flip the Premium slider (no paywall during TestFlight).
Privacy notes:
- Wayloom only reads step counts from HealthKit (no GPS routes, no location tracking).
- If you enable Premium, story context is sent to the external LLM to generate chapters. If you prefer not to, stay on Standard (if your device supports it).
What I need feedback on:
- Onboarding clarity (especially the “AI support” check)
- HealthKit permissions flow
- Does “steps → story outcome” feel meaningful?
- Are the choices actually interesting?
- Any bugs/crashes/state weirdness, especially around day changes
Requirements:
- iOS 26+
TestFlight link:
https://testflight.apple.com/join/maeEm3Zp (only 50 slots in this first batch)
If you try it, posting:
- device model + iOS version
- what you expected vs what happened
- screenshots if something looks off
…would be massively helpful. Thanks 🙏
Hi everyone,
I’m an iPhone user and indie dev who got tired of seeing the “Storage Full” warning.
Thousands of photos, years of memories — and no easy, reliable way to put them somewhere safe without losing quality.
So I built Albums Backup.
What it does
Albums Backup is a simple, high-speed wired tool for iOS that helps you quickly back up your iPhone or iPad photos to your computer. You can transfer your entire Apple Photos library—Live Photos, videos, and iCloud originals — in full, uncompressed quality, preserving every detail metadata (capture time, location, handle edits made on files…)
Why it’s useful
You can even backup as your photos are organized(albums folders etc), automatically download iCloud originals, and keep everything organized exactly as it appears in Apple Photos! After the full backup, you can also run incremental backups to transfer only new additions, and resume transfers if the connection is interrupted — making it ideal for large photo and video collections!!
How it works
Albums Backup is available on the iOS App Store.
To back up photos to a computer, the iPhone app helps you get the desktop companion app.
On macOS, you can share it via AirDrop.
On Windows, the iPhone app gives you a direct download link for the PC.

Love to hear your feedbacks!
This is the project I've been working for over 5 years as an indie developer :). Includes macOS and iOS app + a custom iOS keyboard to quickly access your snippets. Everything syncs securely via iCloud.

A Free quick, easy and simple Reminders app
I've introduced my app about two weeks ago and I just released a brand new update.
Just released V3.2
Few other changes and small tweaks
App is free to use, all features are available for free users
App has a small banner ad at the bottom of the main view (NO FULL SCREEN ADS)
To remove ads FOR LIFE its only - $0.99
Hi everyone,
I originally built this app just for myself. I kept forgetting things, but most to-do apps felt bloated, overloaded with features, or locked behind subscriptions.
So I tried to build something different: simple, clean, and focused only on what actually matters.
Over time, the project evolved a lot, and it’s now at version 2.0, with many new features and improvements compared to the early versions.
After a lot of iteration, I decided to publish it. I'm genuinely curious:
What's the one thing you dislike most about task apps?
Any honest feedback is very welcome.

If you are a developer who creates beautiful applications but knows nothing about marketing,
I am a faceless TikTok creator since 2022 and I can blow up your app, come send me a message

Most other widget apps I tried were bloated, full of ads and overwhelming.
So I tried building something simpler, and it somehow turned into a monster 😅
Texget is a fully customizable widget maker:
Think Canva, but for creating iOS widgets.
It’s free to use, with optional in-app purchases for unlimited layers and custom fonts. No ads. Works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
This is still early and I’m very much figuring things out. I’d genuinely love feedback. If you try it and have thoughts, please tell me what’s good, what’s confusing, or what’s missing.

Every month, I receive my payslip from my employer as a password-protected PDF. Every time I need to view it, I have to enter the password. It's frustrating.
I searched for solutions online. Every free website was full of ads, required uploading my sensitive documents to unknown servers, and raised serious privacy concerns. I didn't want my payslips floating around the internet.
So I built this app..
PDF Unlocker removes password protection from your PDFs — entirely on your device. No uploads. No servers. No ads. No tracking.
Simply:
Important Note
*** This app requires you to know the PDF password. It removes protection for convenience — it does not crack or recover forgotten passwords.
In times of economic uncertainty, it is wise to pause, stay grounded, and be realistic. Instead of chasing overnight success or distant dreams, especially as a small business, the focus should be on strengthening what truly matters—improving product quality, refining services, and earning genuine support from the surrounding neighbourhood. Strong foundations built locally create sustainable growth for the future.
Has anyone here used an iOS app that focuses on daily self-reflection rather than just habits or meditation? I recently tried something that started with a short assessment, then guided me through mood tracking, gentle daily routines, and journaling prompts to better understand emotional patterns over time. It felt more like a personal check-in and self-discovery tool than a productivity app. I’m wondering if there are other apps on iOS that offer a similar experience with mood tracking and reflective journaling without feeling clinical or overwhelming. Would love to hear what’s worked for others.

I’m a weight-training enthusiast and app developer.
I built a lightweight workout log app because most apps felt bloated or locked stats behind paywalls.
You can view workout stats for free, and the app focuses only on essentials (one ad per day).
It launched in December, and I’m now looking for honest feedback.
If you enjoy lifting, I’d love for you to try it and share your thoughts! 💪
I’ve been very disorganized with how I go about my day lately and it’s kind of bad. I have been using the regular iPhone notes app to have a sort of routine to follow but I would usually just forget to even look at it. Is there any app(s) that could be a good replacement?

I’ve always believed our pets aren’t “just animals”. They’re family, and they deserve the best chance at a long, healthy life. But between vet visits, meds, vaccines, and weight tracking, it’s easy to lose track, especially when you’re busy.
That’s why I built Fido’s Bark, a free iOS app that helps pet parents manage their pet's health and identify small issues before they become more serious. The app allows you to 1) track and monitor weight, meds, and vet visits, 2) add notes and photos, 3) share updates with sitter or vets with real-time updates 4) spot trends early to keep your pet healthier, longer.
My goal is to help pet parents to take better care of their pets. I am bootstrapping this project while working full-time. Here’s the App Store link, if you’d like to try it. It’s free, and Android is next:

Easily scan for proof of age using Digital State ID and Driver's Licenses stored in the Apple Wallet and optionally verify US
Passports
ID-Reader allows for requesting official State digital ID and Driver's license information that is held within the Apple Wallet.
Great for Night Clubs and other venues that need to check for age at the door. Simply start the app and wave your phone over the guest's phone and if they have a Digital ID in their Apple wallet, they will be prompted to allow verification of age. Currently California, Hawaii, Ohio, Arizona
Hey r/iOSApps,
I recently released my first iOS app, PhotoTask, and wanted to share it here and get some honest feedback from the community.
App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/app/phototask/id6744114458
The core problem I was trying to solve is something I kept running into personally: when you look up a place online (cafés, neighborhoods, streets, small towns), the photos are often outdated, staged, or no longer accurate. Even Google Maps and social platforms rarely show what a place actually looks like right now and uncurated.
PhotoTask lets you request a real photo of a place, taken by someone nearby. You drop a pin, describe what you want to see, and a real person captures it. There’s also a “Surprise Me” feature if you just want to explore random places through unfiltered, real-world photos.
I’m mainly looking for feedback on: • Whether this solves a real problem for you • UX / onboarding clarity • Features you’d expect or want
Pricing: • Free to download, generous tier request limit. • Optional Pro subscription (IAP) $9.99/mo for power users who want higher request limits and advanced features.
Hey! I built Debut, a screen recording app for macOS that does the smooth cursor animations, automatic zoom effects, and polished exports that Screen Studio is known for.
Screen Studio recently moved to $108/year — Debut is $25 lifetime.
Giving away 10 licenses to get some early feedback. Drop a comment and DM me for a code!
I built this app called WalkBlock because I found myself scrolling on TikTok too much. I wanted to make an app like Opal but it was too saturated. This is something that makes you earn your unlocks.
WalkBlock App is FREE to block 1 app and works perfectly with no annoying ads. Prices: 1.99 monthly 11.99 annual. And 14.99 Lifetime (if you don’t like subs)
Is this something that you personally would use?
Came out today and already got 2 subs, this is my first ever promo post on it!

Hey r/iOSApps 👋
After Blynk officially shut down their Legacy app and pushed makers toward paid plans, I was honestly pretty disappointed. I had paid for energy years ago, thinking it would last forever — it didn’t.
So after a long break, I finally decided to rebuild it myself.
Plynx is a free iOS client for Blynk Legacy, made for makers who still run self-hosted IoT projects with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266 or Raspberry Pi.
Because an “open source” project shouldn’t suddenly mean pay or migrate everything. And because many of us still enjoy running local servers and DIY hardware.
I had to reverse-engineer part of the protocol, and I also patched the original open-source server to properly support full data deletion (EU GDPR compliance).
The UI doesn’t try to clone the old Blynk app — it’s redesigned with a more modern iOS-style look.
📱 App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6756375448
🔌 Open-source connector: https://github.com/NickP005/PlynxConnector
🖥️ Blynk Legacy server: https://github.com/blynkkk/blynk-server
The app is currently available in EU and North America. If you want it available in your country, let me know.
Bug reports, ideas and collaborations are very welcome.
Happy Plynxing 🚀
Hey r/iosapps! Sharing an update on Stash, my file sharing app. Just shipped a big one: end-to-end encryption. Your files are encrypted on-device before they ever leave your phone.
The problem:
Email attachment limits. WeTransfer caps. Google Drive permission headaches. Sketchy sites that compress your files or delete them after a week. I just wanted something simple, private, and unlimited.
How it works:
1. Pick any file
2. Tap share
3. Get a link
4. Send to anyone
Recipients just click and download - no app, no account needed.
End-to-end encryption:
Files are encrypted locally before upload. The key lives in the share link, so only people you share with can access your files. Zero-knowledge - I can’t see your stuff even if I wanted to.
