Hey, r/iosapps,
I noticed a lot of caffeine trackers and sleep analysis tools are mostly just iPhone apps with a very simple companion app often hidden behind a paywall.
Caffeine Curfew is watch first. You can log drinks and check your caffeine levels without your phone nearby. Making the habit of actually tracking your caffeine intake much easier.
It syncs to Apple health and you are able to log caffeine directly to Apple health from your Apple Watch and Home Screen widgets.
The watch app also calculates real time caffeine decay based on your personal settings.
The app is completely free to use, but I do offer a pro tier with a few additional features. Any feedback on features is greatly appreciated as I am new to Apple Watch development.
I’m an indie dev who got tired of bouncing between a todo app, a calendar, and random notes just to plan a single day.
So I built Flick Planner (iOS + macOS) mainly for myself first, then realized a few friends also wanted it:
This is not a “10 features in one” mega‑tool; it’s intentionally small and focused on “What does my day/week really look like, and what can fit?”
There's a monthly plan to unlock all of the apps features that's $4.99 (price is localized, so may vary by country).
I’m looking for:
Thanks!
Hey all! I created a iOS app to help players learn all the notes on the fretboard.
Fat Tones: Fretboard Trainer
https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6754781120?pt=128260557&ct=reddit&mt=8
Small activities and games you can play with or without a guitar that track your progress. Build the fretboard, find the notes, focus on different sections of the fretboard. My thought was make something to do instead of doom scrolling. I designed it to look like a pedalboard with each pedal being a different activity.
I’d love any feedback please. I hope to continue to add more activities.
14 day free trial with code FATTONESFREE14.
Pricing $4.99/month or $29 lifetime

I am a news junkie but I don't want to read a full article most of the time. So I made this app to let me browse my news quickly.
The best parts of this app:
There are also widgets with small and medium size that can show 1 or 2 sources.
The app has a free and premium tier with IAP for monthly and yearly subscription, with option for lifetime buy.
No feature is locked in the free tier.
I hope everyone tries it out and let me know what they think. I thought that building a native style app would be easier but it's harder than I thought. I have a lot to learn and improve on so I hope to hear some feed back.
I've poured countless hours into developing Cee, a radar and navigation app that's been my passion project for years. My goal was simple: create a clean, well-branded driving companion with features that actually matter.
What Cee offers:
Now that it's live, reality is hitting hard. The space is crowded with established competitors, and I'm wondering if I made the right call investing so much into this.
I've got 4 trial users and 1 paid subscriber so far. Not terrible, but not exactly "quit my 9-5" territory either. The feedback has left me anxious and second-guessing myself.
Here's my problem: I know nothing about marketing. I'm basically throwing posts out randomly hoping something sticks. I've tried copying ASO tips I found online, but I'm flying blind.
I'd genuinely appreciate the community's input:

Thanks for any advice. This is my passion, and I want to keep going – I just need some direction.
anyone who download my app this month i will send them a free 5000 spark which in my app coin to buy a set of custom car collection i created and continue to creating daily in my Cee store inside the app.
Hey everyone,
I have been working on a side project for a while and finally released it. It is a fitness alarm app called IronWake.
When the alarm rings, you cannot just hit snooze and fall back asleep. Your camera activates and you have to complete a short workout to turn the alarm off. You can choose things like squats, push ups, planks, jumping jacks, sit ups or jumps. The app uses pose detection to count your reps so it only stops once you actually finish the exercise.
I built it for people like me who always wanted to build a morning routine but kept failing because snooze was too easy. This way you move first thing in the morning and you actually wake up with more energy.
Here is the App Store link if you want to check it out:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ironwake-fitness-alarm/id6756242951
Some features:
• Pose detection with the camera
• 6 different exercise missions
• Custom alarm schedules
• Custom alarm sounds
Right now I am also running a small promo. If you want to unlock unlimited lifetime for free, you can use the code IRONWAKE2026:
If the code does not work, please let me know.
Redeem here directly:
https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6756242951&code=IRONWAKE2026
I would really appreciate any feedback. If you like it, dislike it, find bugs, or have ideas, just let me know. And feel free to ask me anything :)
Thanks for reading and have a great morning 💪⏰

Hi! I'd like to share an app I've created and maintained solo for many years, for following workout routines from r/bodyweightfitness , r/fitness, r/stretching, r/flexibility , http://thefitness.wiki/ and more.
The app mostly started/is centered around bodyweight fitness routines, but now has expanded to support barbell and weighted training.
It allows you follow routines, log sets & reps, has built-in timers, and shows you your previous performance so you can adjust your current workout.
It's completely free to use, with 95% of the functionality being free to use. There is an optional paid sub/lifetime tier for additional 'nice-to-have' features such as barbell calculator and further customization. (29.99/year, 4.99/mo, $100 lifetime (on sale for $75).
It's a fully solo dev app. Please check it out :)
Hi r/iosapps!
I'm Marisa, and I'm part of the small team building Waves Women, an iOS app designed to support women navigating hormonal changes, starting with perimenopause. We just launched our open beta and are looking for more people to try it and help us improve it.
Our founder previously led Carb Manager, and our team is made up of people who’ve spent years building health apps. We started Waves because many existing tools either focus on fertility, generic tracking, or give users data without helping them understand how to act on it.
Waves is built around uniquely around programs and experiments to help control perimenopausal symptoms.
What that looks like in practice:
Instead of tracking for the sake of tracking, the app helps users see what actually makes a difference for them. The insights and trends tab shows program effectiveness at an individual level and helps connect the dots between the experiments someone is running and how their symptoms change over time.
The goal isn’t quick fixes. It’s giving women tools to regain a sense of control, understand their bodies better, and identify what truly helps — without turning health into another full-time job.
Pricing / IAP:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/waves-women/id6749806321
If you’re open to trying a beta app, we’d really value feedback. Thanks for reading!
Ok this might be a really dumb app and I vibe coded 100% of this but it’s solution to a problem only a niche group may have 😭
I have a few different friend group chats and they all have different music apps (Spotify and apple) so when I want to share a song I would go to easy platform, copy song and share it and it gets a little tiring so I create this app.
Search the song you want to share, the app will find it on both platforms and you can press the copy button and it’ll have both links to the song that you can share it with
It’s really niche and dumb, but I just wanted to mess around w AI and see. Let me know what you guys think!
Thank you!!!
Hi r/iosapps,
We’re a small team building an iOS app that helps turn screenshots into something actionable instead of letting them pile up in Photos (tasks, reminders, things to revisit later).
Captr automatically organizes screenshots, names them, suggests useful actions or links, and groups them into categories so they’re easier to find and use later.

Hey everyone,
I’m an indie iOS developer and I’ve just released a small app called UnTask.
The idea is intentionally simple: instead of managing lists, priorities, and reminders, you focus on one thing at a time.
You open the app, set one task, and that’s it.
No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Everything stays on your device.
I built UnTask for myself because most task managers make me feel more overwhelmed, not more focused. This is more like a gentle nudge to do the next thing, then move on.
App Store:
https://apps.apple.com/app/id6756929483
If you’re curious about the broader philosophy or other small tools we’re building, we share updates over at r/aigarden .
It’s free for now, and I’d genuinely appreciate feedback — especially from people who feel overloaded by traditional to-do apps.
Happy to answer any questions or talk about the design decisions.
Thank you for checking
I was thinking a while back about what would happen if I passed away, especially with all my accounts like banking, email, social media, messengers, apps and online shops. There’s a ton of it, and my friends admitted they’d wondered about the same thing too.
I’d want my family to access all that after I’m gone, but not before, and writing everything on paper and hiding it somewhere doesn’t feel smart or practical. So I came up with SafeAfter, a password manager for the whole "just in case I die" situation.
You just save or import your passwords, tell your family the app name and your phone passcode on a note, and they can unlock everything only by answering a few personal questions they should already know. If they ever need access, they’ll find it fast, yet nobody can easily snoop around while you’re still alive.
What do you think? If it sounds useful, the app is already available in the App Store. Up to five passwords are free, the rest is paid (one-time) - sorry, I’d like to leave my kids something more than just passwords to an empty bank account :P

Hi everyone,
I’ve posted here before about a budgeting app I’m building. It allows logging transactions through iOS shortcuts to keep things private (no bank integrations). I wanted to share an update based on the feedback I got last time.
The biggest change is the addition of biweekly budgeting periods, which are surprisingly under-supported in most budgeting apps despite being very common. This makes the app good for users who get paid biweekly and value privacy.
There is also Premium features such as: • Visualizing your spending with donut charts and custom views (needs/wants/savings, fixed vs variable, or fully custom) • Tracking unlimited savings goals and seeing progress clearly • Exporting to CSV
Premium helps fund ongoing development since I’m a university student building this app. You can expect regular updates and new features for Premium users.
Early users can lock in a lower monthly/yearly price forever by subscribing within 3 days of downloading (as long as the subscription stays active).
Premium pricing:
• Monthly: $7.99 USD ($4.99 if subscribed within 3 days) • Yearly: $59.99 USD ($39.99 if subscribed within 3 days) • Lifetime: $79.99 USD
I’d love to hear any feedback, or what features you’d like to see in future updates!

Hi there! I’ve always been a big fan of calendar apps and widgets. However, I’ve always wanted a feature that allows me to count down the days until or after an event. That’s the reason why I decided to build my own app.
Pricing:
Monthly: $1.99
Yearly: $5.99

Quick update from the Save for Later team.
Based on a lot of user feedback, we’ve added custom folders so people can organize saved links in a way that actually feels personal.
No forced structure - create folders that match how you think and use the app.
This was the most requested feature we’ve had, so we paused other work to ship this properly.
If you use bookmark or read-later apps, curious:

Hey everyone,
Just released a big update for Dungeon Scoundrel, the solitaire dungeon crawler for iOS.
Here is what is new:
Unlockable Spells
You can now earn Mana Crystals as you play and use them to unlock new spells for every class. Mix and match to create your own builds and discover new playstyles.
Hero Run Mode
A new story driven mode with 12 handcrafted dungeons. Each dungeon has unique challenges and expands the lore of the game. This is the biggest content addition since launch.
New Class: Soundweaver
A blind warrior who turns sound into a weapon. Shockwaves, echoes, and sonic strikes. Plays completely different from the other seven classes.
If you are not familiar with the game, Dungeon Scoundrel is a tactical card based dungeon crawler with a fixed 55 card deck. Runs take 5 to 15 minutes, no ads, no IAP, works offline. Designed for one handed play in portrait mode.
Would love to hear what you think of the new update.

I’m the developer of this app.
In the previous versions, the app didn’t include a sleep graph at all.
Based on usage patterns and feedback, we decided to introduce sleep visualization from scratch and expand the existing heart rate insights.
What’s new in v3.3.0:
• A brand-new sleep graph with REM / Deep / Core / Awake stages
• Expanded heart rate graph with min/max values and HRV
• Cleaner stats layout for faster insights
The app is free to download with optional in-app purchases.

Hey r/iosapps,
I built WMap, an iOS app focused on one thing: turning real locations into clean, customizable map wallpapers.
You pick a place that matters to you, choose a visual style, and adjust the framing until it feels right. The goal was to keep everything simple, fast, and design-focused, without ads or clutter.
What you can do with it:
Pricing is straightforward, one in-app purchase to unlock all map styles for $3.99.
If you’re into maps, minimal wallpapers, or custom backgrounds, I’d love to know what you think.
I have recently launched a vocabulary builder app, VocabCoach, to help those who are looking for alternative ways to expand their vocabulary and/or prepare for their PSAT, SAT, and ACT. Here're the features it offers:
Please give my app a try and share 1 or 2 constructive suggestion through the email included in the app. Many thanks!

Me and my buddy run a small indie dev studio, and a while back we got frustrated with how most PDF scanner apps feel — clunky UX, subscriptions everywhere, ads, and in some cases your documents get uploaded who-knows-where (for example, incidents like these reported leaks by TechRadar and Fox News).
So we built our own PDF scanner & editor — lightweight, privacy-first, and (hopefully) not annoying to use. No ads, no subscriptions. Most features are free — a couple of advanced tools require a one-time unlock. All core features run 100% offline with on-device processing.
The main features are built for everyday workflows:
Everything runs locally — no accounts, no tracking, no upload processing.
New feature: Chat PDF (on-device AI)
You can download an AI model to your device (one-time download — it stays cached), and then:
After the model is installed, all Chat PDF processing happens fully offline on your device — nothing is sent to a server.
Pricing
The app is free to download, and most features are free (scanning, OCR, signatures, annotations, editing, etc).
There is a one-time unlock (not a subscription) for:
We wanted to keep the essential tools free, and only charge once for a few advanced features.
Tutorials and previews
We also put together a YouTube playlist with short feature walkthroughs.
You can find the app here: https://apps.apple.com/ro/app/pdf-master-scan-edit-sign/id6751173174
We’d really appreciate feedback — especially on the Chat PDF feature (usefulness, speed, UX, edge cases, things it should do better). If you try it and have suggestions, we’re actively improving the app based on user feedback.

Hello, I started building this habit tracker app three months ago to solve a very personal problem.
My daughter kept forgetting things before basketball practice. The event was always on the calendar, but the things she needed were not: a water bottle, sports eyewear, and shoes.
We tried reminders.
We tried habit trackers.
They never quite worked because they lived outside the calendar.
So I thought, why not have an app that turns her calendar events into habits and can be collaborated on them together?
That’s how Habi was born. Unlike most habit trackers, Habi is calendar-driven and offline-first, so it works in any setup.
App Store link:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/habit-tracker/id6741903553
Pricing:
Free to use, with an optional Pro subscription for advanced features.
If you’re on iOS, I’d love for you to give it a try and let me know how it feels to use.
When was the last time you replaced your toothbrush?
If you have to pause and guess, you know my pain. I was constantly battling that little voice in the back of my head - did I change the toothbrush last month or three months ago? Do I even have a spare one?
This constant guessing game led me to build SparesBro, a tool designed to track all those home and personal consumables for you. I started coding one evening when I cut my face with the razor yet another time. I opened Apple Notes, where I tried to keep a list of dates for when I replaced items the last time, just to find out that I’d abandoned the list 2 or 3 replacements ago.
I decided to build a tiny (less than 11 MB), simple yet capable app that would sit quietly until the moment it has to help me. No bells and whistles, no subscription, just a tailored tool for the job.
What makes it different from a basic reminder or notes app?
I’ve spent a lot of effort on an interactive "sandbox" onboarding. Instead of a boring tutorial, you complete 5 quick missions to learn the mechanics of logging usage and replacements. Check it out.
I also had a lot of fun adding a dash of AI power to the app using Apple’s Foundation Models. It took some time to implement and tweak, but the AI now successfully suggests replacement intervals for time-based consumables.
The Deal
There is an Essential version that is free to use for one item, so you can see if you like the workflow. If you want unlimited items and home screen widgets, it's a one-time purchase of €6.99. No subscriptions. Forever.
That's it, folks!
This is my first published app, so I'm especially eager to hear the opinions of more experienced indie devs on every aspect of my work.
Cheers✌️
Hey r/AppHookup, indie dev here.
I built ReDo Loop because my calendar kept filling up with things that were not real events. Changing filters, replacing toothbrushes, haircuts, routine checkups, and similar recurring tasks.
Calendars work great for one time, unmissable events, but for recurring life maintenance they always felt like the wrong tool.
So ReDo Loop focuses only on recurring tasks you want to offload from your calendar.
The feature that ended up mattering most for me is Relaxed repeats.
The interval starts after you complete the task.
For example, replace a toothbrush every 3 months after it is done, not on a fixed date.
It also supports:
Privacy wise, everything is stored locally. No accounts, no ads, no analytics.
I am running a New Year lifetime offer on both iOS and Android and would really appreciate feedback from this community:

Hey everyone,
We’ve been working on a project we’re really proud of — a powerful yet beginner-friendly collage maker designed for people who want full creative control without subscriptions or hidden paywalls.
It’s called Photo Collage: Grid Maker, and it helps you turn your photos into magazine-style collages, posters, scrapbooks, travel boards, pet photo collections, wedding memories, or social posts — all in just a few minutes.
Unlike most collage apps, this one focuses on:
It’s built for both quick social posts and high-quality creative projects.
Some of the most appreciated features include:
You can design anything from clean, minimal grids to fully free-style collages.
Your photos never leave your device.
Here are a few early reviews from people who’ve tried it:
"Developer is very responsive and is offering a lot of amazing features for a very reasonable price. Way better than all the other subscription junk apps out there for making a photo frame frames. Definitely worth the download."
"I absolutely love this app for putting together wonderful photo collages — fair price and it just works so wonderfully, thank you."
"Perfect for what it does. Totally easy to figure out with lots of options to make it your own."
Currently rated 4.9/5, with 115 five-star reviews out of 121 total ratings.

Thanks for reading.
Hi, last week I launched a split expenses app that I've been developing for some time cause I was tired of splitwise's free tier not letting me upload more than 3 expenses per day.
My app does have premium features but if you only have 1 group you can upload as many expenses as you want.
Recently added sharable link to join group for easier joining. Otherwise you can just add pppl's email and once they login with it they should auto join the group
Let me know what you think please!
Key features:
• Instant Calorie Tracking – Log meals from photos with automatic calorie, macro, and nutrient detection.
• Nutrition & Macro Tracking – Set goals, monitor intake, and stay consistent without guesswork.
• Workout Tracking – Record sessions, estimate calories burned, track progress, and view trends over time. The app will estimate calories burned for you.
• Mindfulness & Breathing exercises – Guided deep breathing and mindful practices to reduce stress, improve focus, and support recovery.
• Vitals, Sleep & Hydration – Track weight, BMI, daily water intake and other vital metrics in one place.
• Health Data Sync – Sync workouts, sleep, nutrition, water, and activity via Apple Health or Google Health Connect.

I’d love to hear feedback from iOS users — especially around UX, onboarding, and overall feel.
Hi everyone!
I'm an indie developer and recently launched PackItSmart, a packing checklist app that helps you never forget important items when traveling.
I built it because I was tired of the same cycle: pack in a panic, forget something obvious, realize mid-trip, and swear I'll be more organized next time. After years of trying notes apps, random checklists, and spreadsheets, nothing really stuck. So I decided to build something that actually works for how I travel.
Here's what PackItSmart does:
What it's not:
It's basically a smart checklist that remembers what kind of trips you take and helps you pack with confidence.
Pricing:
I've been using it myself for a few months and it's genuinely fixed the packing anxiety thing for me. Would love to know if it helps you too.
Happy to hear your feedback, thanks!
Thanks for taking a look!
Hi everyone 👋
I’m sharing a completely free app I’ve been working on called Uncharted Year.
It’s a calm alternative to habit tracking:
no streaks
no checklists
no reminders
Instead of tracking habits, your year is shown as a living map. Different life areas appear as islands that slowly change based on attention not performance.
Why I’m posting this here: I’m still early and genuinely interested in feedback from people who feel burned out by traditional habit trackers.
What you get:
full access
no ads or upsells
completely free
If it sounds interesting, feel free to try it. Feedback (good or bad) is always welcome.
Thanks 🌱
It’s been about a week since our last update, so I spent some time digging into the numbers instead of just going by vibes.
Compared to the previous period:
Revenue is still small (very early days), but even there we saw a slight uptick. Most installs are coming from App Store search and browse, which reinforces the idea that ASO + conversion work is doing most of the heavy lifting right now.
What I find most interesting is that we didn’t change anything “growth-hacky” in this update. The focus was mainly on:
It’s still too early to draw strong conclusions, but this week reinforced something for me: small product improvements + patience often beat constant big changes.
Curious how others evaluate updates early on — do you wait longer before trusting the data, or do you act fast when you see a signal?

After 22 years as a product designer and building a 100+ bottle collection, I got frustrated with existing fragrance apps always needing you to create an account, pay a subscription or drag you into social features. So I made my own.
Prefume is a personal fragrance journal that:
It's designed for people who want to deepen their relationship with fragrance, not broadcast it or discover new perfumes.
Available on iOS. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/prefume/id6749613019
Free up to 12 fragrances. $24 one-time purchase for unlimited. No subscription!
Happy to answer any questions.
Hey r/iosapps ,
I've been working on Ratatosk VPN. We're a small team based in Seychelles.
Why V2Ray? It's designed to bypass deep packet inspection, making it effective in countries with heavy censorship. Regular VPN protocols often get detected and blocked - V2Ray disguises traffic to look like normal HTTPS.
What we offer:
Available on iOS. Happy to answer questions!
Hi guys, I am "self-broker" (just playing around with part of my savings) and looking for good app for stocks. Original one from Apple is good but is there anything with reminders? I mean - I would like to know if any stock reaches the limit so I get notification, something like that. Or more professional than Apple one. But not "shop" app, I have an app for shopping, looking for something with informational character. Thanks
I kept forgetting places I liked or wanted to revisit
– cafés, viewpoints, random spots friends mentioned.
So I ended up building a small iOS app called MySpots.
It’s a personal map where you save places with notes and categories.
No social feed, no likes, no algorithms.
I built it mainly for myself, but I’m curious:
• Does this feel useful?
• Is anything confusing or missing?
I’m especially interested in first-time impressions.

Hey r/iosapps — I’m the developer of Crewvo and I want brutally honest feedback (before I push marketing harder).
Crewvo is a crew-based fitness app that turns daily habits into mini “tournaments”: • Push-ups • Planks • Steps • Water intake
Core idea: Most fitness apps feel like solo mode. Crewvo is built for small friend groups, so consistency comes from a scoreboard + accountability.
What’s inside: • Challenges + Tournaments: daily “ends today” challenges and longer competitions • Leaderboards + targets: rankings + progress so the crew knows what’s happening • “Pacts”: 1:1 buddy streaks (because sometimes the whole group goes quiet) • Push-ups includes quick-start, and I’m experimenting with camera-based AI body sensing/mapping for form/rep detection (early)
Questions (answer any):
Pricing: Free 14-day trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year (~$2.49/month).
I’m building a baby tracking app and I want brutally honest feedback, not encouragement.

What I want you to tear apart:
I’m especially interested in:
Please don’t hold back.
If this idea is dumb, I want to know now, not after launch.
Thanks.
