We made an RPG for people who remember hanging out with friends over D&D, but don’t really have the time for it anymore

Hey there!

Master of Dungeon is a text-based Dnd like RPG where you play as the main character, following a story written by us - kind of like acting in a movie.
A special system keeps you within the “boundaries” of the adventure, but still lets you do whatever your imagination comes up with.

How it works:

• Create your own hero - name, stats, appearance, and story.
- Describe what you want to do (for example: clear out the tavern’s basement of rats and help the local barkeep)…
or just play cards, have a drink, or tell jokes with NPCs.
- Each adventure has a beginning and an end - but how long it takes is up to you.
You can rush through the main story… but personally, I love getting lost in side quests :)

The world is full of taverns, dungeons, and castles - and we’re already thinking about expanding into other settings like cyberpunk or dark medieval adventures later on.

We’d love to hear what you think about the idea!

Come hang out and chat with us on Discord: https://discord.gg/VQsdHXeaxC

Or, if you’d like to try the beta, you can do that here: masterofdungeon.com

Thanks for reading - see you in the tavern!

Helloo everyone,

Here's my newest app - CastX - Screen Mirroring for Google Chromecast & Chromecast enabled TVs

It lets you stream your iPhone to Chromecast enabled TVs in full HD. I have prioritized smooth playback over lower latency. That means it's not great for gaming (~ 800 ms to 1s lag) but excellent for media/music/presentation playback.

It works by making a direct connection between your phone and Chromecast so that your content is streamed over local Wi-Fi directly between them.

You can also turn the volume down to 0, the sound will still play on the TV (unless you disable sound in the app).

The app also supports orientation change, so turning your phone will change the resolution on the TV too! Here also you have multiple options of either locking in a specific orientation if you want, or choosing a specific mode such as landscape or portrait.

The app is made to be functional and the straight to the point.

Free version disconnects every 3 minutes, for higher limits please upgrade to the pro version.

For Existing CastX Users

This is the second app under CastX which is now also a part of bundle with the original CastX app, which lets you stream media from your phone to your Google Chromecast.

Everyone who bought the original CastX app gets this app for free! Thank you so much for the support.

Thank you, Have a nice day!

Reposting because I tried to update my original post with giveaway updates and it got auto-filtered by Reddit 😭

Update: giveaway for Sono is extended to Jan 8th 11:59pm pst and will have almost 50 extra winners (100 total for this launch)!

Note: All commenters on the previous post will still be entered in the giveaway under the same rule. Will DM if you win!

---

Hey everyone 👋

My name is Jenna and I've been working on my app Sono for the past few months. Sono is an on-device transcription and summarization app. No ads, no subscriptions, 100% private. I built this because I was tired of paying recurring subscriptions for AI notetaking apps.

Whether you need to transcribe meetings, lectures, videos, and more, Sono takes note for you so you can save time and focus on the discussion. Upload recordings, audio files, or videos, and Sono will automatically convert speech to text. Sono also supports smart AI summaries and AI chat so you can ask questions, request rewrites, and get action items. Both the transcription and AI features work 100% locally, so your data never leaves your device.

How to claim:

  1. Upvote this post
  2. Leave a comment (can be anything, but feedback / what you're using the app for would be helpful)
  3. I'll send total of 100 people instructions to get the app for free 🎉
  4. (recommended) message me so my instruction doesn't end up lost in your request if you win

Me and my dad built an iOS app that forwards your SMS verification codes directly to your Windows clipboard. Feedback is appreciated.

👋 Hey everyone!

Tired of typing SMS verification codes every single time you log in on your Windows PC?
My dad and I were too, so we built a fix.

🚀 Introducing CodeClip
The first app that automatically forwards SMS verification codes from your iPhone and puts them straight into your Windows clipboard.
Small idea. Huge time-saver.

✨ How it works

  1. You receive an SMS verification code on your iPhone.
  2. Press CTRL + V on your Windows PC.
  3. That’s it. Simple, right?

🔒 How safe is it?
CodeClip uses iOS Shortcuts and a lightweight app on both your phone and computer to create a secure bridge between the two.

  • When you receive an SMS verification code on your iPhone, a Shortcut automation is triggered.
  • The message is processed entirely on-device: everything is stripped out except the verification code.
  • The code is then encrypted, sent through our server, and placed directly into your Windows clipboard via the desktop app.
  • Our servers only ever see the encrypted code (which we can’t decrypt).
  • No accounts. No phone numbers. No emails. Everything stays anonymous.

🎁 Pricing
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try it risk-free.
After that, it’s $24.99/year (that’s less than a coffee per month ☕).
We also offer monthly and lifetime plans.

📱 Download the iOS app:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/codeclip/id6756531357

💻 Download the Windows companion:
https://codeclip.app

⬆️ Both apps are required for CodeClip to work.

I just made my first $100 from an app I built solo

So, I finally hit a milestone: my first $100.

I know it’s not "quit your job" money yet, but for an indie dev, it feels amazing. It’s pure validation. No ads, no big team behind me just me working on evenings and weekends.

I originally built this just to solve a personal headache. When I launched, I chose to be super transparent with the pricing rather than being "salesy."

The biggest surprises? People actually care way more about the value you provide than how "perfect" the app looks. Also, I spent way too much time overthinking things when I should have just hit "publish" sooner.

To anyone stuck in the "should I launch?" phase: Yes, you should. Get it out there.

I put the App Store link in the comments if anyone wants to check it out. Feel free to ask!

I built a small iOS app called PeaPlate for a problem I kept running into:

Opening recipes in Safari or recipe sites is often a mess — long intros, popups, ads, videos, and tons of scrolling before you even get to the actual ingredients and steps.

So I made PeaPlate to solve that:

👉 Paste any recipe link
👉 PeaPlate shows just the ingredients and step-by-step instructions — clean, simple, focused

No ads, no clutter, no distractions — just what you need to cook.

I built the app because I cook a lot and wanted something easier than toggling back and forth between recipe pages while my hands were messy. It’s free to try and can save a lot of time when you just want a clean recipe view.

If you’re into cooking or use recipe sites often, you might find it useful — would love to hear what you think!

📱 iOS App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/peaplate/id6755696646
🌐 Website: https://peaplate.app/

Happy to answer any questions about how it works or what sites it supports! 🙌

"What gets measured gets managed" - Peter Drucker

The modern world is full of distractions: social media, YouTube, email, messages, chores.. the list goes on. It's easy to be busy, but accomplish nothing. Being busy feels productive, but isn't.

You know what actually is productive? Sitting down to work for 90 minutes and accomplish more in those 90 focused minutes that you would in 3 distracted hours.

Sharper tracks your focused work and gets you closer to your goals. It turns work into a game and motivates you to do more of the work that actually matters:

  • 📈 Analytics that keep you motivated and accountable
  • 🥇 Rank: start as a Wanderer and reach the Legend status
  • 🔥 Streaks that keep you consistent
  • ⏲️ Multiple modes: set your timer or focus as much as you can with the stopwatch
  • 🚫 App Blocking to make sure you don't doomscroll
  • 🏷️ Tags that keep things nice and organized
  • 🏆 Records: always beat your best
  • 🎨 Sleek UI (at least I hope so)

Free App - Show and Review

You can generate almost any kind of UI or dashboard from your own health data.

For example, you can just tell EON:

  • “Make a Spotify Wrapped–style yearly review of my health data.”
  • “Show me the most important correlations for my sleep.”
  • “Create a self-experiment dashboard for liposomal vitamin C.”

EON handles all the complex work in the background.

It analyzes interconnected patterns across:

  • Sleep, HRV, RHR, steps, workouts (iOS, Android, wearables)
  • Diet and supplements
  • Blood markers
  • Menstrual cycle
  • Environmental data (sunlight, air quality, temperature)
  • And relevant scientific research

So instead of configuring dashboards or interpreting raw numbers,
you can focus on understanding what actually matters for your body.

You can try all these features for free. No ads.

If you want unlimited AI credits for more deeper analysis, leave a comment and I’ll DM you.

[Dev] Spent 5 weeks working on a feature for my micro mood journal app. It's finally live!

Hey everyone,

I'm a solo dev building a small app called Mudo. I originally made it for myself because I wanted something simple to track how I feel without friction or too much noise.

I knew that just logging moods wasn't enough. I wanted Mudo to tell me what was changing and what patterns I was missing.

So for v2 (major update), I focused on a few things that actually helped me use it more consistently.

What's important in v2:

  • weekly mood reports that summarize patterns in plain language, instead of showing raw data
  • quick insights that surface your mood dips and recovery trends
  • smarter notifications that help you retain a healthy habit without forcing guilt

Since I do not use any 3rd party AI service or API to do these analyses, it took me a long time to create a custom feedback learning mechanism that processes your entire data locally, on your phone. Because when it comes to mental health, privacy should be the top-most concern.

I use it daily and so I tried to shape these additions around how reflection feels in real life, not how feature lists usually look. And it's crazy how powerful it turned out to be. :)

I just wanted to share it here because I'd genuinely like you to try it and see if it's useful for you too! Any feedback is greatly welcome.

v2 is live on App Store right and is free to use. :)

You can learn more about it on the official site.

Happy to answer questions.

Hi r/iOSapps! I’ve been working on a passion project called Travel Map. It isn't on the App Store just yet, but I’ve hit a huge milestone with the latest build and wanted to show you a quick preview.

What’s New in Build 26?

Sticky Photo Headers: I’ve added an auto-playing slideshow that stretches when you pull down—tried to go for a premium, native Apple feel.

Smart Detection: Now using Apple Visual Look Up to automatically identify landmarks in your photos.

Expanded Database: Just hit 57 unique landmarks with full history and visiting tips.

Why I need your help: Since I'm still growing the landmark list and refining the detection logic, I’d love for some of you to jump into the TestFlight and break things!

TestFlight Link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/NbXEXtxs

Note on Price: The app is currently free to test via TestFlight. Once released, it will be a one-time purchase (no subscriptions!).

hi guys!

I got tired of having my tasks in one app, habits in another, journal somewhere else. I was also worried about privacy and losing things because they were in one app, or in other, etc.

I decided to build Lucidus to put everything in one place. Tasks, habits, journal, mood tracking.

The cool part (at least for me): it has LLMs that finds patterns in YOUR data. Like "hey, you're more productive on days you exercise" stuff like that. Not generic advice, actual correlations from what you log. I use a lot of different LLM calls to generate different stats.

I am a solo dev (at my day job working mostly with ML and MLOps), and I built this on the side. Would love to know what you think. What would make you actually use something like this? Do you have any feedback for me?

This is my first trial on having a side project, so any tips appreciated. Thanks!!

Solo dev here – I built a clean task app because most to-do apps felt overcomplicated

Hi everyone,

I originally built this app just for myself. I kept forgetting things, but most to-do apps felt bloated, overloaded with features, or locked behind subscriptions.

So I tried to build something different: simple, clean, and focused only on what actually matters.

Over time, the project evolved a lot, and it’s now at version 2.0, with many new features and improvements compared to the early versions.

After a lot of iteration, I decided to publish it. I'm genuinely curious:

What's the one thing you dislike most about task apps?

Any honest feedback is very welcome.

In 2021, IKEA floated a proof-of-concept app called Studio. The video was an instant hit. The app itself, however, quietly fizzled out in R&D. As to why it didn't work out, perhaps it was a lack of the right tech, or the right talent. But in the end, we never got it.

Two years ago I set out to see how close I could get to delivering that vision by building practical, spatial tools that let people place, visualize, and make confident decisions about their own spaces, not in a showroom. Paint, furniture, fixtures--wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling.

This video was made in Room Genie -- on an iPhone, an iPad and an Apple VisionPro (plus a little Final Cut Pro).

[Android] Screenshot Cleaner – Clean your screenshots & organize your gallery

Hey everyone! 👋

I recently launched Screenshot Cleaner on iOS, and now the Android version is live too! This is one of my first apps, as I’m just getting started with app development.

The app helps you organize and clean up screenshots in your gallery. It includes a Trash step, so you can review everything before permanent deletion — nothing gets lost by accident.

🎁 To celebrate the launch, I’m sharing special unlocks for lifetime access so you can try all the features if you want — just a small way to thank early users. Availability is limited!

I’m still learning, so any feedback, ideas, or suggestions are very welcome. I want to improve and keep building better apps over time.

👉 Check it out here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appsvvy.screenshot.cleaner.delete.screenshotcleaner

If you like it, a quick rating or review really helps motivate future updates 🙏

  • sync saved posts across platforms
  • auto-categorize them by topic
  • make everything searchable
  • visualize patterns in what you save
  • show a Rewind of what you saved most over time
  • export to Notion and Google Sheets

Instead of scattered saved folders, you get one clean system for ideas and learning.

Lifetime pricing:

  • Original: $599
  • Current LTD: $299
  • Reddit offer: $249 (DM for code)

If this sounds useful, comment “LTD” or “REWIND” and I’ll share more details.
Also open to feedback from this community.

Just released an update to my app ImageLab AI. You can create an unlimited number of images offline, and completely free. The app is completely private too. I'm looking for new users willing to provide feedback so I can continue iterating and improving the product.

Current pain points I know about: slow generation, slow initial download of models. I'm currently working on fixing both. Let me know if you have any feature requests or thoughts, thanks!

FYI the app has In App Purchases for some additional features, but the core functionality of image creation is free and unlimited and always will be.

Hey everyone 👋

I've been working on an app called NewsCard that completely rethinks the news format. The idea: news for smart, busy people who want to actually understand what's happening in the world - fast.

You swipe through visual cards that summarize each story in about 10 seconds. If something catches your interest, tap to go deeper. If not, swipe and move on.

What makes it different:

  • Multiple summary styles - Choose how you want each story broken down: 10-second executive summary, key points, the 5 W's, or explain like I'm 5
  • Bias indicators - See at a glance whether coverage leans left, right, or center
  • Perspectives feature - Get the same story from multiple angles so you understand the full picture
  • Swipeable cards - Quick, visual. Totally changes how you consume news
  • Daily audio briefing - A podcast you can listen to on your commute

Most news apps either bury you in content or are just glorified RSS readers. I wanted something that actually makes you smarter.

It's free to download. Would really appreciate any feedback - still actively developing.

Hey everyone!

Short story: I kept losing important things I copied—passwords, bank details, client replies, snippets, links—because iOS clipboard gets replaced instantly. I got tired of switching apps and re-copying the same content again and again… so I built QuickPaste to store what you copy and let you paste it anywhere in seconds.

For the next 48 hoursLifetime ($49.99) is set to $0.00 inside the app.

Download QuickPaste:
QuickPaste - Clipboard Manager

What it does

QuickPaste is a clipboard manager + paste keyboard for people who copy/paste all day:

  • Saves what you copy: text, links, images, passwords, bank details, snippets, quick notes
  • Full clipboard history so nothing gets lost
  • Paste keyboard to paste directly inside any app while typing
  • Organize with Pinboards (projects/topics/tasks), colors, and reordering
  • Pin important clips for instant access
  • Fast search to find and paste anything quickly
  • Face ID lock for sensitive clips
  • On-device storage (no account required)

How to get Lifetime (FREE for 48 hours)

Open the app → go to Premium / Paywall → tap Lifetime (it will show $0.00) → confirm.

Note:

  • This is only for 48 hours. After that, Lifetime returns to $49.99.
  • No review required—feedback and feature requests are welcome.
AI Analysis:

🚨 Free Lifetime iOS App Deal (48 Hours Only) 🚨

Just came across a solid clipboard manager for iPhone that’s temporarily offering its $49.99 lifetime plan for $0.00 inside the app. Thought it might be useful for anyone who copies/pastes a lot throughout the day.

📱 App: QuickPaste – Clipboard Manager + Paste Keyboard
Platform: iOS
Deal Window: 48 hours

🔗 Direct App Store Link:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/clipboard-manager-quickpaste/id6748644352

What it helps with

If you’ve ever lost copied text because the iOS clipboard gets overwritten, this app aims to solve that by:

  • Saving clipboard history (text, links, images, notes, etc.)
  • Letting you paste directly inside any app using a custom keyboard
  • Organizing clips with pinboards, colors, and pinned items
  • Fast search to quickly find old copies
  • Face ID lock for sensitive content
  • On-device storage (no account required)

How to claim the FREE Lifetime

  1. Install the app
  2. Open Premium / Paywall
  3. Select Lifetime → it should show $0.00
  4. Confirm before the 48-hour window ends

⚠️ Disclaimer: I’m not affiliated with this app or its developer—just sharing a deal I found. Please check the app details and use/install it at your own discretion.

Honest question for people with apps already live.

If you had to pick one ASO change that improved your organic installs the most, what would it be?

Keywords, visuals, reviews, localization, something else?
Would love to hear real-world learnings, not theory.

I’ve been building a small iOS app called Versus and finally shipped something I’m happy to share.

What it is

Versus is a king-of-the-hill style video game ranker. You pit games against each other, it uses an ELO-style algorithm, and over time it builds your personal Top 25.

What it does

  • Head-to-head game battles → ELO-based rankings
  • Automatically builds your Top 25 list
  • Generate clean shareable Top 25 images
  • Global rankings so you can see where games land overall
  • Public profiles so others can see your lists
  • Home screen widgets
  • Entirely free. No ads. No tracking nonsense.

I built it as my friends and I keep arguing over which game is better than that game etc, so I figured why not try and turn that into an app.

Would love some feedback and app store reviews!

If you’re into games, rankings, or arguing about lists, you’ll probably get something out of it - it's suprisingly addictive.

If you’ve faced this problem before, what ended up improving DAU and retention for you?

  2. Leave a comment (can be anything lol. feedback, what you're using the app for, or just lifetime)
  3. I'll send 30 people instructions to get the app for free 🎉

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m the solo dev behind Accent AI, and I just shipped my first Android app.

On iOS it took off — 80,000+ downloads and it’s been really popular with non-native English speakers who want to sound clearer and more confident in meetings/interviews/calls. (ref: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6747029788 )

What it does (quick):

* You speak → AI analyzes your pronunciation + stress/clarity

* Spots unclear sounds / strong accent patterns

* Helps you practice to sound more natural + easy to understand

* Includes breathing + stage anxiety support for presentations/calls

🎁 Giveaway (Lifetime free): I’m giving 50 Lifetime FREE promo codes to the first 50 comments. Just upvote this post and comment anything (and optionally what your biggest speaking issue is) and I’ll dm with a code

How to claim a promo code: Google Play promo code steps:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/3422659?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&oco=1

⏳ Limited $1 Lifetime (first 1,000 people):

If you miss the first 50, I set Lifetime to $1.00 for the first 1,000 people (normally $199.99).

How to claim ($1 Lifetime):

  1. Download + open the app

  2. On the paywall, tap “Show More”

  3. Choose Lifetime — it will show $1.00 (limited to first 1,000)

  4. Tap Continue and confirm ✅

Google Play link: [**https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fastemy.wabywab.accentai**](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fastemy.wabywab.accentai)

A rating or review would help a ton 🥹 – it really helps the app get discovered by more people.

Thanks so much for the support!

App link: TripReel (iPhone, iPad, Mac, and soon Android)

Site: https://tripreel.app

Long story short, I made an app for travelers that you can use for free too. You can create beautiful earth animations with your travels automatically by giving access to your gallery (everything offline), the app intelligently creates your past trips based on location metadata (if you didn't have location enabled in the past you can manually add the trips) and then create your video in seconds. The video can be customized with many earth styles and video settings. Everything in the app can be used for free, the paid plan get rids of ads (not many) and removed the small watermark on the videos.

From a security standpoint, the app fully works offline, all processing offline, never sends any data to any server, and you can really test the whole workflow completely offline if you really wish to be sure haha

My focus was on speed, if you're the type that never disabled location services and takes many photos everywhere, the app can make a video for you, since first opening it until video in your gallery, in less than a minute.

Another focus is user experience, so please go ahead and try it, and I'm really eager to hear your feedback! It's my most passionate side project and I wanna make it perfect, so anything you can share, please tell me about it!! Many new features will also come soon.

The app can be fully used for free supported by a few ads. There are also paid plans starting from $1.99 to a lifetime deal of: $9.99 which I think is pretty good.

Again, really eager to hear honest opinions, about the app, but also about my AppStore listing if you can spot anything I can do better. Cheers!

Hi, I released my app a little over 2 months ago and we just hit 2750 users.

Tabi lets you send any post on social media to your personalized map. It finds all the places named or listed (even if the place isn't tagged) and lets you organize it into customized lists, all without leaving the social platform. You can reference the post you saved and see other posts that were saved about that place.

It's designed to help alleviate the countless unorganized screenshots and saved collections that are forgotten about over time. You can see all your saved places easily on a map, make fast notes about places in your lists, and share lists with friends to either view or collaborate with.

I updated my native Calendar app 'Time' with Apple Watch support and Natural Language Input

I am an indie developer building Time, a native calendar app that seamlessly combines Apple Calendar (Events) and Reminders into one unified timeline.

I recently released a major update based on user feedback, and I wanted to share the new features with you.

What’s New

  • ⌚️ Apple Watch App: Now you can check your schedule and tasks directly from your wrist. It includes complications for your Watch Face, so you don't need to take out your iPhone.
  • 🧠 Smart Add (Natural Language): You can now type naturally like "Lunch tomorrow at 12" or "Meeting next Friday," and the app will automatically parse the date, time, and title. This is processed 100% on-device using system APIs, so no data ever leaves your phone.
  • 🔔 Enhanced Reminders: Added support for a second reminder for tasks, which is helpful for time-critical to-dos.

Core Features

  • Unified View: Manage Events and Reminders in a single, clean interface.
  • Privacy First: No servers, no accounts. Your data stays on your device and syncs only via your iCloud.
  • Widgets & Live Activities: See your timeline on the Lock Screen and Home Screen.
  • Native Experience: Smooth animations, Drag & Drop support, and clean UI that feels right at home on iOS.

Supported Devices

  • iOS, iPadOS, macOS

I’m always looking for feedback to make it better. Let me know what you think!

Hello everyone,

I’m an independent developer and I’d like to share a small project I’ve been working on: Mind Droplet — a simple and private markdown notepad for Android.

The idea came from my own need to keep notes, reflections and small texts in a place that feels lightweight, offline-first and distraction-free. I wanted something that works well both as a note app and as a personal journal, without accounts, ads or unnecessary complexity.

Main features:

  • Clean markdown editor for notes and writing
  • Works offline, no login required
  • Focus on privacy and simplicity
  • Ability to generate a temporary share link for any note
  • App size under 10 MB
  • More than 10 visual themes to choose from

Google Play link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=a.b.minddroplet

I’m not here just to promote — I’d really appreciate honest feedback:

  • Is the concept useful to you?
  • What features would you expect in a markdown notepad?
  • Any UX or design suggestions?

Thanks for taking the time to read, and I’m open to any ideas or criticism that can help improve the app.
